Intelinair is pleased to announce the addition of Ashley Evans who joins the company as our new HR & Sales Operations Specialist. This newly created role strengthens our commitment to operational excellence and people-centered growth as we continue scaling.
Ashley brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources and operations. Her background includes building HR systems, optimizing employee processes, and aligning HR and operational practices with organizational goals.
Most recently, Ashley served as a Human Resources Generalist at Gregory & Appel, where she managed payroll, collaborated on onboarding and workforce changes, and administered comprehensive benefits programs. Her earlier roles contributed to her expertise in HR operations, training and development, talent management, and compliance oversight.
In her new role, Ashley will support Intelinair’s HR and sales operations, helping streamline processes and enable efficient and scalable operational practices across the organization.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Vincennes University, with a minor in Employment Law.
