Intelinair is excited to announce that Ryan Shea, a seasoned product design leader with over a decade of experience in user-centered design, research strategy, and UX leadership, will be joining the company as Product Design Lead effective today.
Shea brings extensive expertise in strategic UX design, accessibility, and cross-functional product leadership, having led design initiatives for enterprise and digital products across financial, agricultural, and consumer industries. Most recently, he served as Lead UX Strategist at Climate Corp, where he drove research-backed product decisions, improving user engagement and spearheading initiatives.
In his new role at Intelinair, Shea will oversee design strategy and execution, focusing on aligning user experience with business goals, enhancing product usability, and ensuring seamless, intuitive digital interactions.

Shea has previously held key UX roles at Bayer Digital Farming Solutions, Wells Fargo, and We Are Alexander. His ability to combine user research insights with scalable design systems has consistently led to improved product adoption, engagement, and ROI.
