Intelinair is pleased to announce that Damon Oien joined the company as Territory Account Manager.
Oien brings extensive experience in agronomy, soil health, and grower engagement, with a career spanning conservation agronomy, precision agriculture, and regional sales leadership. Most recently, he served as a Conservation Agronomist at Cargill, where he worked directly with growers and internal teams to support fertility management, integrated crop practices, and sustainability initiatives across the Midwest.
“Damon has built his career around helping growers make informed, profitable decisions,” said Clark Johnson, Sales Leader at Intelinair. “His combination of agronomic expertise, relationship-building skills, and experience working with advanced ag technologies makes him a strong addition to our team and a great partner for customers across Illinois.”
Oien holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business from Western Illinois University and is a Certified Crop Advisor. Throughout his career, he has supported large-scale growers, collaborated with ag retailers and merchandisers, and helped expand new territories by aligning agronomic insight with business goals.
As Territory Account Manager, Oien will support growers and retail partners in using Intelinair’s crop intelligence solutions in their operations.
“I believe Intelinair brings an unrivaled tool to the industry, and I am excited to work alongside our grower and retail partners in Illinois to bring actionable insights to their operations,” added Oien.
